Whole stuffed flounder

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees


  • Mix these ingreadients together
    • 1/2 cup of bread crumbs 
    • 2 tblsp mayo
    • 1 tblsp old bay
    • 1/2 cup salad shrimp
    • 1/2 crab meat
    • 1 tsp mustard
    • 2 tblsp parsley
    • 1 egg


  • Prep fish
    • Baste inside flesh w/ butter
    • spinkle lightly with salt
    • sprinkle lightly with Tony Chachere seasoning


  • Pack stuffing into the flounder evenly
  • Baste more butter on stuffing 
  • Close flaps and baste the outside of fish
  • Place in oven 20 - 25 mins or until fish is flaky.
